Refund Policy

Most products you see in the shop are decorated with our logo on-demand, which is how we're able to offer such a wide array of products. This being the case, please reach out to our team if you have any sizing or other product-related questions.

If for some reason you would like to make a return or exchange we offer free exchanges and returns for shop credit. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the item was delivered. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Individual products may have their own unique return policy, which will be noted in the product description.

Return/Exchange Process: To return/exchange an item, please email customer service with your order number, and the items you would like to return/exchange or use the live chat widget found in the bottom right hand corner of the online shop website. Once we have processed your return, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to use to return the product(s) to us. $5.00 will be deducted from your store credit/refund amount to cover the return shipping charges.

EXCEPTIONS:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless a product arrives damaged): - Tournament Redemptions - Personalized Items (items embellished with initials, etc - not including logos) - Final Sale Items.

 

Any and all returns/refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the online shop, not the physical shop.

If a return is accepted, please allow at least seven to ten (7-10) business days from the receipt of your return or exchange for the credit to show up in your account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
